The rounds contain 220 calories, 15 grams of protein and 14 grams of fat per two-piece serving. The Classic variety contains uncured ham, cheddar cheese, red pepper, green pepper and onion. Each two-round serving contains 270 calories, 18 grams of protein and 18 grams of fat. The Three Meat rounds are made with pork sausage, uncured bacon, uncured ham and cheddar cheese. Each package of two contains 280 calories, 20 grams of protein and 18 grams of fat. The All American Omelet Rounds include uncured bacon and sharp cheddar cheese.
